Recreation Area

New Port at Victory's recreation area and clubhouse features a prime location for all of its residents. A state-of-the-art fitness center and cabana overlook the community's pool, which includes a super slide and kiddie water fountains that will create memorable afternoons for the entire family.

Inside the cabana, residents have a variety of options to maintain a healthy lifestyle, including an equipment room and fitness and aerobics room for group classes. Men's and women's locker rooms and shower facilities make it easy to get going with the rest of the day.

Adjacent to the cabana is New Port at Victory's clubhouse-- a stately multi-use facility that will benefit the entire community. A spacious yet cozy clubroom, complete with kitchen, will house a variety of community events.

The expected date of completion for the recreation area is the summer of 2009.
